When readers use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, subject, message and consent choice submitted by the reader. We use this information to answer the message, investigate corrections, handle privacy requests and manage editorial correspondence.

Retention and rights
Editorial correspondence is retained only as long as needed for the request, legal record, correction trail or continuing conversation. Readers may request deletion or correction of personal data by writing to editorial@science.report.
